One of my favorite things to photograph is mothers interacting with their children, so the idea of holding special “Mommy & Me” mini sessions was perfect!  I had the big dreams of a white wrought iron bed in a field with white blankets and pillows.  And then a fire broke out in our home a week and half before these sessions where scheduled.  I thought I was going to have to scrap the whole bed in a field idea, but then God provided and with the help of friends, I was able to pull off my idea.  It wasn’t in a field, but I think this gorgeous clearing in the woods worked even better 🙂

This mama had to reschedule due to sick kids, but we got some lovely shots in Odessa of her and her daughter 🙂
